Welcome to The Luxury Bundles. By accessing our website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms before completing your purchase.
Digital Products
All products sold by The Luxury Bundles are digital products unless otherwise clearly stated. No physical item will be shipped.
After purchase, you will receive access to your digital product or editable template using the delivery method described on the product page. Please ensure that the email address provided during checkout is correct.
Many of our templates are designed to be edited using Canva. A free Canva account may be required. Canva is a third-party platform and is subject to its own terms, policies and availability.
Product Use & Licensing
Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the design for its intended personal use.
You may edit, download, print and use your purchased template for your own event or personal purposes.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute or share the original template or template link.
- Claim the design as your own.
- Sell modified versions of our templates.
- Upload our templates to other marketplaces or template websites.
- Share purchased files with others for their own separate use.
- Reproduce our designs for commercial resale without written permission.
All designs, graphics, layouts and other original content remain the intellectual property of The Luxury Bundles.
Editing & Printing
Customers are responsible for reviewing all wording, spelling, dates, times and other information before downloading, printing or distributing their finished design.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, monitor, printer, paper and printing service. The Luxury Bundles cannot guarantee exact colour reproduction when products are printed.
We are not responsible for printing errors, incorrect information entered by the customer or costs associated with reprinting a design.
Refunds & Cancellations
Because our products are digital and can be accessed shortly after purchase, all digital product sales are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, receive the wrong product or are unable to access your files, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Prices & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Prices, promotions and product availability may change at any time without notice.
Applicable taxes may be added during checkout where required.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, misuse of our products or violations of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
The Luxury Bundles website, branding, product photographs, graphics, templates, written content and original designs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright of the design to the purchaser.
Third-Party Services
Our website may use or link to third-party services including Shopify, Canva, payment processors and other platforms. We are not responsible for interruptions, changes or issues arising from services operated by third parties.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Luxury Bundles will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use our website or digital products.
Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
